so I knowith all the craziness of moving and school starting and the hollidays and just life in general, I haven't been able to keep up with the blog too much. But today marks my official 1st day of retirement :) I will still be getting a paycheck until Jan 31st, but it feels good to say I am officially retired. I am already looking for another job, so keep your fingers crossed! We spent the holidays at home for our very 1st Christmas in WA and our new house! It was fabulous, we stayed in our pj's for 3 days! Te kids got everything they wanted and are playing with all their new toys! I am home with all 4 kids this week, so we will see if I can make it to Sunday! I will treat myself to getting apedicure and getting my nails done next week when I am home alone! We are headed to Oregon the weekend of the 7th to hare XMAS with our Oregon family. Excited to see everyone again and hope that next year thy will all have the chance to come visit us :)Well here are a few shots from XMAS to share and here is to hoping to keep this project up again next year :)

it's been awhile since I posted...but today I took the kids to get their XMAS pics taken (minus Sam)...but it was all good...then we headed to the Commissary and I got them McDonalds on the way home...but I have to shaer with you this great challenge going on over at SSD right now and share the LO's I have done...check it out if you are a digi scrapper!

boy was it a LOOOOONNNNGGG day today!!! I had to take Ben to Oak Harbor to get his spacer checked,,,then we headed and got a few things from the commissary...picked up Sam at Dakotah's.....stopped at Michael's and got a white paint Sharpie to outline in Peyton and Ben's room....then stopped and dropped off all the paperwork for Ben to start school! Found out they don't start until Sept 8th and they will be having a back to school BBQ from 5-7 on the 31st to meet teachers, check out the school, find out schedules and such! Then we headed home and I started painting clouds in Peyton's room...finished those...cooked dinner....then went to Ben's room and painted a horseshoe {and don't tell Abby, but Ben's room is my new favorite room int he house and I can't wait to accessorize it!!!!}...well that is it...chat with you guys later!!!!

so I know it has been awhile since I updated, but I thought I would share some of the weekly LO's I have done! you can at least see what we have been up to for the last month!!!!! We did celebrate Peyton's birthday int he middle of all those and all he cared baout was his Toy Story balloons {and they still happen to be floating around the house somewhere!}...Maryann and Marty came by to see us on Sat and Dave {old coworker of Matt's} stopped by to see us today! I painted a tree on my scrapbook room wall! Now all I have to do is paint clouds in Peyton's room and a horshoe in ben's room...it's just been too damn hot to do any of it this weekend!!!! you get up and it's already warm and it doesn't get cool until after 10 pm!!! we still have a littl ebit more painting to do, but that will have to wait as well until the weather cools down a bit....and Sam has until tomorrow to pick a room color!!!! or her room is gonna stay white!!!So I guess I will be working on those a little later in the week when it gets cooler! but her are the scrapbook pages to share!!! and hopefully I will start to get back on track for keeping up on the blog!!!

there aren't alot of pics of Sam because the week after we moved in she left for FBLA camp! I do have some great camp pics and she spent the 1st 2 weeks of July with Katie , but will have to share those later!
