so I KNOW I am WAYYYYYY behind on blogging lately, but in a nutshell we bought a house in 7 days! We went looking on the 20th, got pre-approved and signed paperwork, then went to the Quadrant showroom on the 26th and pretty much that has been how our week has gone! I did journal in my logbook, so I have it all written down! We are gonna get a 5 bedroom + guest room with a den and a loft {for the kids to play!} Our master bedroom is the whole length of the house from above the garage to the back of the house!!!! I swear our walk in closet is going to be as big as the kids' rooms now!!!! The kids aren't going to know what to do with themselves! We are going to have a seperate tub and shower and double sinks in both bathrooms!!!! We let Sam and Ben pick which room they wanted and Abby and Peyton will get the other 2~! We are also going to have white kitcen cabinets with silver knobs, dark laminate flooring {looks like hardwood}, black appliances {stainless is just a little out of our league}, and an island!!! I so can't wait to decorate!!! I have already started a binder with ideas of how I want to decorate. The only thing we will have to get for sure is a new living room sofa and Sam and Ben each a single bed {figure I can get the flat beds at IKEA for about $150 each or less}....down the road, we will add furniture as we can afford! Lready seen a couple of ideas int he Pottery Barn catalogs that I can actually make, so I am looking forward to doing that!!! I also decided that I am going to hang all B&W pics in black frames downstairs!!!! This is going to be hard for me, but I am ok with it!! Just think it looks so nice and clean when it is done right! I figure al thos EXTRAS I can add in my scrapbook room or find a nice album that I can put different size pics in! We are also going to have a fence built to keep Peyton in {hahahahahaha}...we are not sure how much of a yard we are actually going to have, but we will work with what we get! Hopefully we can talk Grandma Lee and Grandma Karen into coming up and helping us landscape :) If you are a fan of mine on facebook, I have loaded all the house pics there! I have also been keeping up with my picture a day, just haven't had the chance to get them on here!
ADDED NOT: Sam has her driving premit and started driving classes last Monday!!!

ok...so I am catching up again! hahahahah! not sure what happened wed and thrus last week so we will start on Friday! They had a fundraiser at the hospital and Matt got me a dozen carnations!! so sweet and totally unexpected! I almost forgot to get Abby's picture on Wed night so she got a sleeping picture this month! Peyton iin his new PJ's is Thursday's picture! I got them at Old Navy and they are sooo cute! I found them in the bottom of his PJ drawer {they must have gotten stuffed down there!}...Friday I went with the girls to the bunny farm....the weather was terrible driving up there, rained all the way. We weren't too motivated to get started scrapping, so we took our stuff in and watch a little bit of the Olympics and then hit the sack! We were super tired! Got up and had a great breakfast at the eatery {we ate kinda late so we skipped lunch} and then got started scrapping...took me forever to get my stuff together to get started, but I did FINALLY! Then Jaci, Laurie and Maryann showed up and it was a party! So we scrapped all afternoon then went and had dinner up at the eatery and then scrapped some more! Got up Sunday and the powere went out because of the bad weather but luckily they were on a generator. We took our time, got showered, dressed and off to breakfast! Then we went back to the house and made a few more pages. Judy was super motiviated and got over 20 pages done!!! I got 17 done and am now on July when mama and grandma Karen came to visit! then the 1st day of school! So we stopped in MT Vernon and got a few things {I got the kids Monsters vs Aliens on blu-ray} and a couple little Valentine's day things...then got home and found out that Peyton busted his lip jumping on our bed yesterday! Who would have thought that he could go more than 2 days without an injury!Asked the kids if they have seen Girlfriend and nobody has seen her since Sat. She was really really sick and I was going to take her to the vet today, but we still can't find her. I think she may have gone outside and found a little place to cuddle up and passed away. I am very sad to think she is gone. I know we have our fair share of kitties, but that still doesn't make it easier for one of them to be gone. We are still kinda house hunting. Waiting for a couple weeks so our credit will reflect all of our payoffs and then we hope to be good to go. Want to get pre-approved so we have something to go with. Ben managed to save his money and matt too him today to get his DSi! Dad is a sucker and let him pick out a game for it as well! But the majority of it, he paid for with his own money! So hopefully I will be able to keep up a little more this week!

well today was Ben's 9th birthday!!!! and we all wished him Happy Birthday this morning, even Abby did! But, it was soooo funny, Ben was getting out of the van to go into his before school classroom and I said to Matt "don't let him go inside he has his pants on backwards!!!" Matt says "how do you do that????" So he climbed in the van and changed him and then went on!!! It was too funny and we all kinda laughed! I dropped Matt off at work and then headed to the ferry to go to an appointment at Bremerton. It was too bad going over or getting there. I did wait an extra 30 mins for the doctor, but he was real nice and apologetic. Still not sure if I am going to have the surgery or not, since it is elective and I will have to pay out of pocket. We'll see. So I only had abpout 30 mins and found a scrapbook store on the GPS and thpught I would try to find it!! FOUND IT!!! And of coarse I went in and bought a few things {well a little more than a few!!!!}....I made it back in time to pick Matt up and then we stopped and got Ben a birthdya cupcake and a few extras since you know Sam, Abby and Peyton will have to have their own! So we had steaks for dinner and then I had to head out to the high school with Sam for a mandatory meeting for AP classes next year! It was from 630 pm to 8 pm! We finally got home around 820, sang happy birthday to Ben and it took him a few times to blow the candle out!!!! And of coarse Abby and Peyton had to have their cupcakes and a little ice cream! So I am BEAT DOWN and WIPED out, so I will share a few pictures and then share the rest later!!!

so it is SUPER BOWL SUNDAY!!!! GO COLTS!!!! Abby, me, Ben and Peyton will be watching while Matt and Sam are at the mall. Matt just has this superstition about watching the Colts play!!! Abby is ready to go with her "football" shirt, so that will be my picture of the day, but I haven't taken it yet! They have already had a bath and I already got 2 loads of clothes folded and 1 in the washer! I finally got my pictures updated so here they are :) and BTW, I got a new laptop yesterday!!! It was a GREAT deal at the exchange...it was a floor model, it was knocked down $203 and I talked the guy in to giving it to me for another $100 off!!!! Mat installed WIndows 7 and Photoshop on it for me, so I am good to go!!! I just need to get all my stuff from my EHD, put onto my good 500 GB EHD!!!! so we are finally getting better! THANK GOODNESS! Kim gave me a bottle on Zango juice, so we are gonna try that out and see if we can stay well :) sister Jaci is convinced, so I'll give it a try!!!!

so pretty mucht his week has been a blur! we are all still alive but I have been sick since Sat. I went to work yesterday and thought I was getting better, but then I ended up coughing all night last night. Matt complained that his throat was hurting and it looked like he had the white pustules in there {of coarse that means strep!}...so we both headed to work this morning, Matt sick with a sore throat and me with no voice !!! both got appointments with our doc, and luckily for us we got our meds before the computer systems went down!!! which really puts the whole hospital in a jam..the pharmacy, the lab, the docs, the clerks..EVERYONE!!! so we both ended up getting a shot of penicillin in the butt because they convinced us it would be quicker and we would get better faster! so lets hope so! so both of us came home with sore butts and slept most of the morning until about 2pm! I hope it kicks in because this no voice thing SUCKS!!! I did go by and visit my girls and let them all know that I was still alive but hadn't seen them because I've been sick and I didn't want to pass the germs on to any of them! and so far so good, none of the kids are sick! so we are hoping it will stay that way! I have been keeping up with my picture a day and hopefully I will get them posted soon!

well I have made it to Feb and managed to take a picture a day for the month!!! so I am kinda excited to keep it going. Went home sick today, but am feeling a little better after a few drugs...did get caught up on folding some laundry and got a nice nap with no noise {think that helped a great deal!!!!}...so here are the pics from the last 2 days :)
