NO BASEBALL PRACTICE today! {it's raining}...I let the kids play out int he rain for a little while and got some cute pictures! They have decided they like playing with the water hose...don't ask!!!! Then I cam in to check my emial and this is what it said
" Dear Matt and Angie,

Congratulations! Today your home site 2036 was released for construction! This means that construction will begin in 10 working days! That is when the 54 work day schedule (stringline) starts. Your estimated close date as of today is 7/13/10. Please remember that if a Non-Scheduled Non-Work day is called it will push your closing day out 1 work day.

You will be receiving an e-mail from me in about a week letting you know when your Pre-Construction meeting is with our Superintendent. At this meeting she will review your showroom selections, the building schedule, site visits, safety policy and also take you to your home site to show you the foundation.

We would like to invite you to attend a "Lot Walk" with the Superintendent. This is a great time to review your showroom selection, meet the construction team, and address any construction questions you might have. We have an appointment reserved for you on Friday 4/23/10 at 8AM
